The ESA has announced that the gaming convention, E3 will be making a return in 2021, after it was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The convention is scheduled between June 15 to 17, the news comes after the ESA said at the time of canceling the event that they would be “exploring options with our members to coordinate an online experience” for 2020.
The coronavirus pandemic has led many gaming events to cancel due to concerns of the virus spreading even more, and people gathering in downtown LA will definitely not be a good idea.
IGN announced it would host a “Summer of Gaming” event during early June, which would seem to replace E3 for most publishers, including Square Enix, Bandai Namco, Sega, Amazon, Google, Twitter, Devolver Digital, and THQ Nordic.
