Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming to PC, Microsoft’s first-person shooter will migrate beyond Xbox consoles, the first beta access was scheduled to be released on April 2019, that has since been delayed, due to going through some complications.
An early access beta was announced, on June 9 in an event for the Xbox E3 press, Microsoft stores across the world will participate in a closed Halo Reach beta for PC, attendants will be able to participate in the event.
We still don’t have many details on when exactly Halo: The Master Chief Collection’s PC release will exactly be, as 343 industries are trying to avoid another horrendous experience that occurred when the Master Chief Collection launched on Xbox One in 2014, players found the multiplayer experience buggy and reported poor matchmaking.
343 industries announced that there are plans to support ‘uncapped FPS’, awesome news for PC players with high-end rigs. However, they warned that this plan might be changed in the future, as they want to avoid any instability to the game, the aging engines might cause issues if the frame rate is uncapped.
