Popular Twitch streamer Indiefoxx has been banned for a fourth time on the streaming platform.
On April 6, she was streaming herself in a jacuzzi before having her channel taken down. The reason behind Twitch’s decision was because Indiefoxx was offering to sell Twitch VIP badges to her viewers.
According to Twitch’s community guidelines “Reselling Twitch services or features (such as channel Moderator status)” is considered against the rules. VIP is considered a Twitch feature.
The streamer’s three previous bans were all because of inappropriate attire on stream, the first two bans lasted three days, while her third ban only lasted for one day.
Indiefoxx made a tweet saying that offering VIP badges for gifts is not against Twitch’s terms of service. Only selling Moderator status is mentioned in the rules, which made her confused.
“I’m really confused? 3 days seems excessive? It’s not in the community guidelines. But uhh I didn’t do any of these? Maybe VIP for 100gifters but That isn’t against the ToS, VIP is not a mod, it’s a vanity badge dedicated to top donors? Based on this. I’m confused”

Indiefoxx’s ban will last for three days before she can stream on Twitch again. Twitch does not comment on community guidelines strikes to respect the privacy of users so it’s unlikely a public comment will be revealed.
